Returns
A to T Lamps, Inc., wants our customers to be satisfied and look to us for all of their lighting needs. We hope that clearly articulating our policies will assist our customers in understanding our business processes.
We know that sometimes the product you ordered will need to be returned. On all stock items, you can return your product within 30 days of delivery. All returns require a Return Authorization, RGA, number,(see process below). RGA numbers expire 15 days after they are issued.
All merchandise returned is subject to a 10% restocking fee. This fee is not a penalty it is used to offset the cost of processing the return. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and are not refundable.
Arrangements and the cost of returning items to A to T Lamps, Inc., are the responsibility of the customer.
Only new unused items in their original undamaged containers with original blank warranty cards will be considered for return. We do not accept returns on any special order items.
Special Order items consist of, but are not limited to, the following types of orders: items we do not stock, quantities of items that are above normal stock levels and custom ordered items.
Please inspect your product upon receipt for accuracy, damage or defective products.
No returns on clearance and closeout items.
Return Authorization Number Process
Obtain an RGA by calling:

Monday through Friday 8 am to 5 pm CST, except major holidays.
A customer service representative will issue a Return Authorization and give you instructions on how to return the product.
Return Authorizations must be requested within 30 days of the original delivery date in order to be eligible for a refund. Return Authorizations expire 15 business days after they are issued. We must receive the product within 15 days after issuing the Return Authorization.
Any packages returned without an RGA number will be subject to a 50% restock and handling charge and a store credit will be issued for the balance of the return purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are prepaid and are not refundable.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment originally used for purchase. Store credit is valid for 30 days from the date of issue. After 30 days, unused store credit is forfeited.
After 30 days, there are no refunds. Manufacturer warranties may apply to specific products beyond 30 days.
Damage in Shipping Process
The customer is responsible for inspecting the order for damages or missing items and reporting it within 3 business days of product delivery. Reports after that time will not be honored. Product damaged in shipment will be replaced at no additional charge. The product must be kept in its original shipping packaging for 10 business days or until the shipper makes inspection.
Replacement will be issued for the exact number of items damaged in shipment. Shipments not delivered by the shipping company will be reshipped at no additional charge.
Defective Product Process
All items are sold with their manufacturer's warranty. Warranty periods and services vary by manufacturer and product. Not all products are covered by a manufacturer's warranty. Statement of Rated Life Hours does not indicate a warranty. Reports of defective products after 10 days will be charged shipping and handling for replacement products.
Our goal is a 100% error free process.
Should you receive a product with a shipping error, the product will be picked up by our shipper and replacements shipped at no additional charge.
